Rehearsal until 5:30 followed by pizza at Gianni’s (Pacific Grove)

No rehearsal (Thanksgiving weekend)
Tuesday 12/2
Regular rehearsal in King Hall
Friday 12/5 - Carmel tree lighting.
1:45 load trucks at King, 2:15 unload at site
2:45 call, 3:15-4:30 performance
Move equipment to Herrmann Hall storage area
Dress: black shirts/jackets, jeans
(Replaces noon rehearsal)

Saturday 12/6 - Winter Ball
4:30 call time, 5:00 photo, 5:20 performance begins
6:20 move to ballroom for indoor performance
Return equipment to storage room following performance.
Dress: formal if staying for dinner, otherwise black shirts and pants
Tuesday 12/9
No rehearsal.
Friday 12/12 - NPS tree lighting
4:15 call time and set up
5:00 to 6:30 or 7:00 performance
Dress: black shirts/jackets, jeans
Return equipment to King Hall after performance
(Replaces noon rehearsal)
Tuesday 12/16
Set up on floor for graduation
Rehearsal followed by presentations to departing students (and holiday cookies!)
Friday 12/19 - Graduation and lunch in Foundation Cottage.
9:00 call, 9:30 performance
Lunch in Foundation Cottage immediately following
Dress: black shirts and pants
Winter break
